Two weeks down, eight more to go

There’s really nothing to say about this morning’s run. It was the same experience it usually is, only a little easier. I was tired at the end of my sets, but there was a noticeable difference in my recovery time between each one. One foot in front of the other, and work done.
This week I’ll be moving way from the eight one-minute sprints I’ve been doing and dropping down to six minute-and-a-half sprints. After this morning’s run, I feel confident that I’ll be able to handle these. The difference between today and the end of Day Three during my first week isn’t exactly night and day, but it could be called night and 6:30 a.m.
